Tower with 18 floors above ground for residential, commercial and office use, plus three underground floors. A glass building envelope encloses the terraces of the top floors in a microclimate at a mitigated temperature. At the base of the tower, the buildings that host the executive and commercial spaces have glass and steel walls and claddings that follow the soft lines of the structure and allow maximum natural lighting inside the work arees.
