What is Ecobonus 110%
“Ecobonus 110%” introduced with Decree-Law n. 34 of May 19, 2020, gives the chance to obtain tax credit equal to 110% on the re-working old residential buildings to be more energy efficienty.
It will be possible to make houses more energy efficienty increasing their commercial value at no costs!
Works provided for by law
The new Ecobonus 110% will cover expenses incurred from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021 and will be applicable to the following types of intervention defined main interventions:
- Thermal insulation interventions (thermal coat) of the vertical, horizontal and inclined opaque surfaces affecting the building envelope with an incidence greater than 25% of the gross dispersing surface of the building itself.
- Interventions for the replacement of existing heating systems with centralized condensing or heat pump systems.
Furthermore, if combined with at least one of the two main interventions, other energy efficiency works, defined as trailed, can also be carried out, such as:
- replacement of fixtures;
- replacement of (condensing) boilers;
- installation of photovoltaic systems;
- installation of charging stations for electric vehicles.
Main Interventions
THERMAL COAT
It consists on applying a layer of insulation to thermally insulate the envelope of your home, possibly including the insulation of the roof or the top floor of the building
HEATING SYSTEM
It consists on replace the old boilers and thermal power plants to renew the systems with centralized condensing systems or with heat pump, hybrid or geothermal technologies.
Trailed Interventions
WINDOWS
It consists on replace the windows and doors, only if associated with at least one of the main interventions, for a better and more complete thermal insulation of the building.
PHOTOVOLTAIC
It consists on istallation of photovoltaic systems, only if associated with at least one of the main interventions, to be combined with heat pump systems with any storage systems.
How to get the "ZERO COST"
The tax credit can be recover with the two following ways:
1. Receiving the discount on the immediate invoice up to the maximum amount foreseen for the intervention, transferring your credit directly to the supplier carrying out the work;
2. Paying the works and use the 110% tax deduction directly in 5 years.
