Residential compendium

The intervention consisted in the construction of a residential and commercial complex in a hilly area. The surface of the intervention is 69,000 square meters where 115 residential units were built, 29 neighborhood shops, for a total of approximately 14,800 square meters of covered area; 1 underground floor for parking for approx. 5,000 square meters. The operation has provided for the construction of all urbanization works, such as internal roads with connection to the municipal road, large green areas, parking lots and underground services. Given the hilly position, important containment and terracing works were carried out.
